Can Reverso Documents translate a PDF and keep the original formatting?

Yes. Reverso Documents preserves the original layout of your PDF, including fonts, margins, tables, images and page numbers. For scanned or image-based PDFs, OCR is applied automatically to extract the text before translation. This feature is available on Premium and Pro plans.

How do I translate a Word document (.docx) while keeping the layout?

Simply upload your .docx file, choose your target language, and download the translated document. Styles, headings, tables and footnotes are preserved automatically.

What document formats does Reverso Documents support?

We support all common formats: PDF, Word (DOCX), PowerPoint (PPTX), Excel (XLSX), CSV, and TXT. Yes, on Premium and Pro plans. When a scanned or image-based PDF is detected, OCR is applied automatically to extract the text before translation. On the Free plan, only native PDFs with selectable text are supported.
